Old and young alike often conclude that the other just doesn’t understand. Snowflakes and Boomers, Woke and Asleep at the Wheel. We know which topics divide us.We feel the weight of the heavy silence. Despite this, we often share the burdens of our social conditions. United by circumstance, divided by difference. With XtoZ, we are providing a platform that seeks to remove the barriers that exist with regards to generational discussions. The podcast will bring generation X and Z together for a series of conversations concerning the big issues of our times. We hope to find some answers along the way. More importantly, however, we hope to foster a new era of communication between the generations.-
The distance between us seems great. But I believe challenging the big issues will be beneficial to both generations. First, we have to walk the bridge that currently divides us. This means regular dicussion between both generations. Fostering a positive culture for discussion will greatly improve the foundations of the relationship between us.

Those in Generation Z or either in the throws of adulthood or the tricky preceding years. Generation X are fast becoming the senior professionals and policymakers. Mutual understanding and successful decision-making will be vital for the futures of both generations.
